PLANOGRAM COMPLIANCE

Our planogram compliance tool measures level of compliance of planograms implemented at each retail shop compared to the ones applied via our planogram editor.

At first, user can determine number of KPIs significant for category so as to be compliant to targets set (for example SoS, Brand Block, position in certain parts of the shelf etc). He then sets appropriate levels of acceptance for each one of them (for example SoS>20%).

Our planogram compliance report provides knowledge regarding levels of compliance of each retail store to the KPIs set.Thia applies for whole market for retail chains, or geographical areas.

REAL TIME FIELD REPORTING

PLANOGRAM EDITING

The planogram editor tool provides a user friendly and flexible way to create planograms for each category. User is able to build the category, at first by choosing the number of shelves, dimensions of self-etc.

Then according to strategy he indicates product placement of own brands and competition. Planogram can then be applied to selected retailers, chains and/or shops according to plan.
